DVB Stuff removed. Makefile now doesn't need it also.

          values;

        - Now, every .c or .h file has cvs field ID.

        - patch files for kernel 2.6 updated to reflect current changes.

.buildpatch:

        - included a default buildpatch for generating patches to 2.6
          with all v4l code.
