Instead of using em28xx board decoder field for storing sensor information,
let's use instead a separate field for it.
Also, as sensors are currently autodetected, there's no need of having
it at the boards description. So, move it to the main em28xx struct.

Webcams in general don't have eeprom. So, the sensor hint code should be
called to properly detect what sensor is inside.

By having the webcam devices marked as such, it will help the em28xx
driver to do the right thing on those devices.

this flag to properly set some drivers behaviors for webcams.

The extraction routine for the MPC718 "firmware" had 2 bugs in it, where one
bug masked the effect of the other. The loop iteration should have set
$prevlen = $currlen at the end of the loop, and the if() check should have used
&& instead of || for deciding if the firmware length is reasonable.

Kernels 2.6.22 to 2.6.24 (inclusive) need some compatibility quirks
for the hrtimer API. For older kernels, some required functions were
not exported so there's nothing we can do. This means that drivers
using the hrtimer infrastructure will no longer work for kernels older
than 2.6.22.
