tcm825x_remove is not necessarily called on module exit, it can also be
called when the i2c_adapter is removed. While the i2c adapter might never
be removed on an embedded system, in practice this sensor driver can also
be used in e.g. a USB webcam where this is a perfectly acceptable thing
to do.

The term 'kernel number' is very vague, so replace it with the somewhat more
descriptive term 'device node number'.
In one place the local variable 'nr' was used to create the device node number
of the new device name. This has been replaced with the vdev->num field to
more clearly mark this as being the device node number and not the minor
number.

video_register_device_index is never actually called, instead the
stream index number is always calculated automatically.
This patch removes this function and simplifies the internal get_index
function since that can now always just return the first free index.

Rewrite v4l2_i2c_new_subdev as a simplified version of v4l2_i2c_new_subdev_cfg
and remove v4l2_i2c_new_probed_subdev and v4l2_i2c_new_probed_subdev_addr.
This simplifies this API substantially.

This the vpfe capture bridge driver for doing video
capture on DM355 and DM6446 evms. The ccdc hw modules register with the
driver and are used for configuring the CCD Controller for a specific
decoder interface. The driver also registers the sub devices required
for a specific evm. More than one sub devices can be registered.
This allows driver to switch dynamically to capture video from
any sub device that is registered. Currently only one sub device
(tvp5146) is supported. But in future this driver is expected
to do capture from sensor devices such as Micron's MT9T001, MT9T031
and MT9P031 etc. The driver currently supports MMAP based IO.

gspca_sonixj + ov7630 had the default value for flip enabled, as otherwise
the picture is upside down. It is better to instead invert the meaning
of the control in the set function, and have the default be no vflip,
as one would expect vflip enabled to be upside down.

Some mt9v011 webcams report 0x8332 chip version, instead of 0x8243. From
the revision history at the mt9v011 datasheet, it seems that the chip
version has changed from the first release of the chip.

me, on his tests with a Silvercrest webcam.

Hmm, another one with an extra if (life sucks) the
default contrast really is no good for the ov6630, it
isn't even high enough in full daylight, this gives
the ov6630 a different initial value for a better out
of the box experience.

As reported on the ov51x-jpeg list, and as I can confirm with my own cam
the ov7670 in 320x240 has a number of broken columns of pixels
at the left of the picture. This was not present in the old
driver as it always used 640x480 and did software
downscaling (took me a while to figure that one out).
The fix adds a sensor specific if in so far sensor
neutral code :( But this is the only way to fix this,
this cannot be fixed by only changing sensor registers.

The fix for the UV swapping in qcif mode with the ov6630, which I did
to fix this issue on a ov518 cam with an ov66308AF, causes UV swapping in
qcif with another cam of mine with the ov518 and an ov66308AE, so this
patch changes the code to differentiate between the ov66308AF and other
ov6630 versions, and restricts the UV swap fix to the ov66308AF.
