This patch augments the init data passed by bridge drivers to
ir-kbd-i2c, so that the ir_type can be set explicitly, and so
ir-kbd-i2c internal get_key functions can be reused without
requiring symbols from ir-kbd-i2c in the bridge driver.

DMX_ADD_PID allows to add multiple PIDs to a transport stream filter
previously set up with DMX_SET_PES_FILTER and output=DMX_OUT_TSDEMUX_TAP.
DMX_REMOVE_PID is used to drop a PID from a filter.
These ioctls are to be used by readers of /dev/dvb/adapterX/demuxY. They
may be called at any time, i.e. before or after the first filter on the
shared file descriptor was started.
They make it possible to record multiple services without the need to de-
or re-multiplex TS packets.
To accomplish this, dmxdev_filter->feed.ts has been converted to a list
of struct dmxdev_feeds, each containing a PID value and a pointer to a
struct dmx_ts_feed.

This the vpfe capture bridge driver for doing video
capture on DM355 and DM6446 evms. The ccdc hw modules register with the
driver and are used for configuring the CCD Controller for a specific
decoder interface. The driver also registers the sub devices required
for a specific evm. More than one sub devices can be registered.
This allows driver to switch dynamically to capture video from
any sub device that is registered. Currently only one sub device
(tvp5146) is supported. But in future this driver is expected
to do capture from sensor devices such as Micron's MT9T001, MT9T031
and MT9P031 etc. The driver currently supports MMAP based IO.

Most hardware has limits on minimum and maximum image dimensions and also
requirements about alignment. For example, image width must be even or a
multiple of four. Some hardware has requirements that the total image size
(width * height) be a multiple of some power of two.
v4l_bound_align_image() will enforce min and max width and height, power of
two alignment on width and height, and power of two alignment on total
image size.
It uses an efficient algorithm that will try to find the "closest" image
size that meets the requirements.

Mostly due to ir-kdb-i2c, but also due to two new drivers, compilation
with kernels older than 2.6.29 were broken.
This quick and dirty changeset, generated semi-automatically, restaures
backport to the subsystem by adding lots of #ifs.
It is possible to write a much more small changeset that would restore
backport without adding so many ifs, but, due to the lack of time, this
will also solve it.

Let card drivers probe for IR receiver devices and instantiate them if
found. Ultimately it would be better if we could stop probing
completely, but I suspect this won't be possible for all card types.
There's certainly room for cleanups. For example, some drivers are
sharing I2C adapter IDs, so they also had to share the list of I2C
addresses being probed for an IR receiver. Now that each driver
explicitly says which addresses should be probed, maybe some addresses
can be dropped from some drivers.
Also, the special cases in saa7134-i2c should probably be handled on a
per-board basis. This would be more efficient and less risky than always
probing extra addresses on all boards. I'll give it a try later.

Add a new s_config core ops call: this is called with the irq and platform
data to be used to initialize the subdev.
Added new v4l2_i2c_new_subdev_cfg and v4l2_i2c_new_subdev_board calls
that allows you to pass these new arguments.
The existing v4l2_i2c_new_subdev functions were modified to also call
s_config.
In the future the existing v4l2_i2c_new_subdev functions will be replaced

From: Guennadi Liakhovetski <g.liakhovetski@gmx.de>
Currently pcm990 camera bus-width management functions request a GPIO and never
free it again. With this approach the GPIO extender driver cannot be unloaded
once camera drivers have been loaded, also unloading theb i2c-pxa bus driver
produces errors, because the GPIO extender driver cannot unregister properly.
Another problem is, that if camera drivers are once loaded before the GPIO
extender driver, the platform code marks the GPIO unavailable and only a reboot
helps to recover. Adding an explicit free_bus method and using it in mt9m001
and mt9v022 drivers fixes these problems.
