	  The VP7041 seems to be identical to "CTS Portable" (Chinese 
	  Television System).

	  These devices can be understood as budget ones, they "only" deliver
	  the MPEG data.

	  A firmware is needed to use the device. See Documentation/dvb/README.dibusb
	  details.
