There was added memory limits checks, which will improve stability when playing
corrupted NSF files.

Update contributed libfaad (faad2) to version 2.6.1.

Since the release 2.6.1 of faad2 the source code for libfaad is now once again
released under a GPL-compatible license (actually, GPL2 plus commercial
licenses sold by Nero AG, and a note about clarifying who's copyright it is).

As we were using a possibly buggy old CVS snapshot of faad2 from before 2.5
release, the update might fix some buggy AAC files or streams.

The updated xine-lib was tested against iTunes Plus audio files,
Japan-A-Radio stream, SKY.fm streams, and Apple HD trailers, no regression
seems to be present.

Replace libdts 0.0.2 with libdca 0.0.5 and contextually move it in contrib/.

libdca 0.0.5 was released about a week ago, and this commit replaces the old
code from libdts 0.0.2 (that was renamed libdca).

There's basically no functional change even if the build system is simplified
as configure takes care of switching between the two implementations on its
own.

Update libxdg-basedir to version 0.1.3; thanks to Mark Nevill for the quick action.

Detection of libxdg-basedir presence is now done through pkg-config, and to use
the external copy you have to have at least 0.1.3 because previous versions contain
one bug that causes /usr/share to become /usr/sharee.

Remove the patch, no differences from the original are present at this time.

Import libxdg-basedir into contributed code.

The libxdg-basedir project, developed by Mark Nevill, implements
a simple way to use the XDG_* variables used to define the paths
for the XDG Base Directory Specification (0.6).

As I was going to reinvent the wheel, I prefer to import this
library that was already written, hoping it will continue being
developed.

Update CREDITS file, as libmusepack has been updated to libmpcdec-1.2.5.
