- stk and arts plugins are no longer build by default, enable
  them, when subpackages are selected
- added optional subpackage for pulseaudio
- switched to external vcdlibs
- using macros for shell commands, when rpm provides them
- some other cleanups

Revert the --{,exec-}prefix=* changes (to match the old xine-config).

Remove the "deprecated" warnings since xine-config is not deprecated in 1.1.x.

The possible patch digit is missing from "xine-lib --version" and
"pkg-config --modversion libxine", as witnessed in 1.1.9.1.
