Try to avoid to discard audio buffers

skip frames if there is less than 200ms of audio data in the audio_out fifo.
It works pretty well here, I can compile xine during a goom session without sound skips.
I know it's a hack, comments are welcomed.

user's preferences for deinterlacing. settings can still be changed
on-the-fly using parameters.
