Overlay clipping areas are in overlay coordinates. Therefore, up to now, the menu highlight positions were only correct, when the menu subpicture started at (0,0) on screen. Although this seems to be common, it is not necessarily true and I have dvds here, for which it is not. Works fine with vcd (vcdnav is cool, thanks to Rocky Bernstein). Works also with dvd, sometimes the discontinuity is detected twice (by pts wrap, and then by nav timestamps), I don't think it's a big problem. It needs more testing, don't hesitate to revert.
