Subject: Add new gui_data_exchange property: GUI_DATA_EX_DRAWABLE_CHANGED, it
 inform video driver about the new drawable to use. Use pthread_exit(NULL) at
 end of threads. Add extra checks in stream detection in demux_mpeg.c about
 mpeg1 support only.
