set max. instances of markad

when i have 4+ recordings in hd running the io activity is very high. Than also there are 4+ instances of markad running causing extra activity. I would like to have an option to avoid running more than eg. 2 instances at teh same time.

can you took in the code if it is possible to limit the running instances at the same time? For Example:

Max. simultanly running instances: 2 (1-99)

Is this still true for VDR 2.0.1 with this fix:

- Changed cThread::SetIOPriority() from "best effort class" to "idle class" in order to improve overall performance when an editing process is running

What to do if the max. instances are reached?

The idea is to set markad to pause, so there is always only 1 instance working at the same time.

when i look to th eplugin statusscreen with 6 recordings, upt to 3 similar markad are active. but that is too much if ther eis 6 recordings at a time! the result is recordingr with errors.

maybe is possible to reduce the priority of markad instances to the lowest possible too?
