While performing source channel mapping assignments to local VDR channels, there is also a lot of remote control interaction for each source channel, multiply with a lot of these channels to map and you get the idea, it is not too fun. This is because of the fact that one have to press "kDown" to scroll a whole OSD screen to reach the specific channel mapping menu, since in that OSD screen the left-right keys which normally could scroll a whole page, will change configuration values of the currently selected items. What do you think, isn't having the mapping at the top a better option, since it is unlikely that one maps a souce channel to a lot of local VDR channels (normally one would not need too many same channels)?

The attached patch moves the channel mapping menu above the other configurations.
