[patch] duplicate recording entries caused in OSD or even in live plugin

Description

It seems that the initial scan after recordings (which is a global function exported from core VDR) in this plugin screws up the display of recordings in the VDR OSD or even in a plugin like live, where a list of recordings is also displayed. Almost all recordings have duplicate entries. Disabling this update in vdr-upnp seems to cure this and also have no side-effects on upnp itself, as it displays the list of recordings correctly and they can be played back (for example on my Sony Bravia smart TV).
