VDR XMLTV2VDR Plugin

Hi,

There are people getting the same channel from different sources, for example DVB-S and DVB-T. Thus, also the epg data data they get from the broadcasts can greattly differ. One source might send enough data, making a merge sufficient, while another source might send only very little data requiring the create mode.

Would it be possible to configure the merge vs create mode per vdr-channel instead of only being able to configure it per channel in the xmltv source. (This could be considered as an additional argument to map an xmltv channel to a vdr channel instead of mapping vdr-channels to xmltv channels.)
