[UK] ITV4 semi-transparent logo hard to extract

Description

In the UK the ITV4 logo seems to be difficult for markad to extract (with the -P 0 option) as it is semi-transparent and floats over fast moving scenes.

I've uploaded a 20-second cut from a 16:9 recording to hopefully aid testing.

You can try to decrease cutval in video.cpp line 226 to 32. But i don't know if this would have side effects on already extracted logos...

Last GIT version contains an lower cutval, extraction is now possible.
