Description

On Digitainer II with easy-vdr 0.6.04 and a vdr-1.0.6-2-extp65 with ttxtsubs-0.0.8 you get corruption of the menu if ttxtsubs is running with teletext on the screen. E.g. you're on submenu 5 this line is visible and the rest (mainly downwards) is not visible. Moving up and down in the menu get back the missing submenus - up to the next ttxtsubs refresh.
I've no idea if this is related to OSD layer problems (same layer?).
If i can test something let me know.

I can't reproduce this problem. What you say is, that the ttxtsubs subtitles somehow interfer with VDR's main menu? If you are talking about submenus, you mean the main menu items, right?

What skin are you using and what DVB card?

Please check if disabling the antialiasing in VDR's OSD settings has any effect.

I've cheched antialiasing. No change.

The digitainer II uses the cle266 chip with a SCART converter.
DVB Card is a satelco DVB-C.

Yesi'm talking about the main menu.

Just found a similar problem on an other grafics chip:
http://bardinosen.dk/vdr/index.html (sektion remaining problems)
I've to check MTRR settings for the cle266

Maybe this is not a ttxtsubs related problem. I'll keep you informed.

I played around with BIOS settings of the Digitainer. The following setting was a big improvement:
Advanced Chipset Features - AGP &P2P Bridge Control - VGA Share Memory Size: 64M (default 32M)
Subtitle seems to be shown more "fluid". The OSD problem is not as strong as before.

If this could be mentioned in the readme of ttxtsubs i would suggest to close this bug as a known limitation.
