openRFE: Add download button on the recordings page

Hello,
First of all, thanks for creating the Live Plugin, that makes the VDR even more interesting.
There is however on point that I am missing in the Live plugin:
In fact, there is no button on the Recordings page to download the recording from the VDR to the computer used to connect to the VDR through the Live plugin. For each recording, there is a streaming button, a rename button, a delete button,... but no download button.
Could you please consider adding such a download button to each recording of the recordings page.

This would be a great feature to download directly avi, mpg or what else

This patch adds a button on the recordings page for downloading the ts file.

I will adopt the patch for the first version of LIVE which will come only with support for VDR 2.0 and above, because it supports only ts recordings at the moment.

I had no time to check if this is working, but as tadi already stated, VDR does its records as TS stream.
I couldn't see where the transcoding from TS to MPG4 is done in your patch, please explain how this works.
