Hi bball,

attached please find a patch which enhances the abilities for themes.
It allows themes to use
- Help-Buttons with another font and color
- Help-Buttons to be centered (Should be a boolean instead of a int)
- Help-Buttons to be without the colored dot or with different size
- change the distance between channel number and channel name

Please apply if you find it usefull too.

Maybe shorly I'm posting a theme. But currently I'm not having the permission yet. Sorry.

Another note:
The ehd allows to use TrueColor-OSDs with the ability to use RGB-PNGs. Curently the problem is that the bg.png must be indexed. I changed it for testing, but didn't get it work yet (Problmes: bg.png too big, Bitmaps aren't drawn on this TrueColor-OSD...).
