Old vdr video folder structure not working

Description

VDR video folder structure for old PES recordings isn't working. Recording info used to be stored in summary.vdr file and the .rec-folder format was different.

I have attached two patches which fixes these issues.

First patch adds support for the old folder structure.

Second patch adds summary.vdr parsing on top of that.

Summary.vdr parsing is bit of a hack and may not be done in "python-way". You may want separate the old format parsing in different class altogether so I left the patch separate.

Handling old .vdr video files was working already.
