RFE: Add more import options

Hi,

The xmltv2vdr plugin has the following two options to import the EPG-Data: create, merge.

As far as I know:
- create only adds an event to the EPG-Data of the channel, if that event does not yet exist-
- merge only merges more data to an event of a channel, if that event already exists.

Would it be possible to:
- rename "merge" to "only merge"
- rename "create" to "only create"
- add a "create and merge" option, that creates the event if it does not yet exist and that merges the new data into the event if it already exists
- add a "disabled" option, to disable that source

Concerning the problem of duplicate events: I prefer my VDR to record two or more times the same event than missing a recording because the import is only set to merge and the event not being added to the EPG.

The following point is less important in my eyes, but I will suggest it nevertheless: Currently, the options create, merge can only be set for the source as a whole and it is only possible to tell xmltv2vdr whether a channel is selected or not. What about moving the create, merge (and hopefully the new options that I talked about here above) to the place where it is now possible to select the channels and let the user set these options independently for every channel?

I'll try to add an automatic merge for "create" channels where the external source fails.

- add a "disabled" option, to disable that source

It's already possible to disable a source with asterisk-key in the main xmltv setup menu.

The following point is less important in my eyes, but I will suggest it nevertheless: Currently, the options create,
merge can only be set for the source as a whole

It's possible to select create/merge on a channel basis

Thanks for taking it into account. Unfortunately, I don't understand exactly what you mean by external source. Do you mean the xmltv file that gets imported? Can't the epg from tv stream not also be merged into the epg?

It's already possible to disable a source with asterisk-key in the main xmltv setup menu.

I was not aware of it already being possible. The UI might be enhanced to inform the user about it; for example, by adding a field at the right to every source, where the user can choose "enabled" and "disabled".
