vdr-plugin-sleeptimer 0.8.2 released

Fixed code that may have been causing gpfs. Made the command line parameter -e only temporarily override the 'Command' option in the plugins setup. The German wiki page under http://www.vdr-wiki.de/wiki/index.php/Sleeptimer-plugin has been updated.
