today i merged all available .diffs (expect to "unround edges" http://projects.vdr-developer.org/issues/show/274) into git; please test it.

- futaba dm140 support
- utf8 patch
- support for vdr 1.7.x
- graphlcd-base does not have to be installed systemwide
- gcc 4.3 compat diff
- LDFLAGS compat diff
