Simply add a list of the channels in this file with the following format:

<OriginalChannelId> <OtherChannelId> <ChannelName>

OriginalChannelId - the ID of the channel to be copied from
OtherChannelId - the ID of the channel to be copied to
ChannelName - the name of the channel / comment used just for user readability
