uvcvideo: Don't apply the FIX_BANDWIDTH quirk to all ViMicro devices
From: Laurent Pinchart <laurent.pinchart@skynet.be> Commit 50144aeeb702ea105697ae5249f059ea3990b838 broke the Samsung NC10 netbook webcam.
