soc-camera: remove .init() and .release() methods from struct soc_camera_ops
From: Guennadi Liakhovetski <g.liakhovetski@gmx.de>
Remove unneeded soc-camera operations, this also makes the soc-camera API to
v4l2 subdevices thinner.
