* cx88-core.c, cx88-mpeg.c, cx88-video.c, cx88.h:
- Some debug structs moved to their own .c file and converted to static
- some // comments converted to #if 0
* cx88-mpeg.c:
- Small cleanup for thinks like 0<<14
