Freezer: make kernel threads nonfreezable by default
Currently, the freezer treats all tasks as freezable, except for the
kernel threads that explicitly set the PF_NOFREEZE flag for themselves.
This approach is problematic, since it requires every kernel thread to
either set PF_NOFREEZE explicitly, or call try_to_freeze(), even if it
doesn't care for the freezing of tasks at all.
It seems better to only require the kernel threads that want to or need
to be frozen to use some freezer-related code and to remove any
freezer-related code from the other (nonfreezable) kernel threads, which
is done in this patch.
The patch causes all kernel threads to be nonfreezable by default (ie.
to have PF_NOFREEZE set by default) and introduces the set_freezable()
function that should be called by the freezable kernel threads in order
to unset PF_NOFREEZE. It also makes all of the currently freezable
kernel threads call set_freezable(), so it shouldn't cause any
(intentional) change of behaviour to appear. Additionally, it updates
documentation to describe the freezing of tasks more accurately.

Due to several internal API changes on kernel, kernel backward
compatibility were lost. Basically, compat.h should be the last include
for it to work properly.
This patch basically reorders kernel headers to allow backward compat to
work fine.
Also:
Some includes were added after some non-include macros, on old drivers.
Better to keep all includes at the beginning of the files.

V4L/DVB tree keeps backward compatibility with vanilla 2.6.x kernels.
However, if some API changes happens on 2.6.x.y, this wouldn't be
handled.
This patch improves the compatibility capabilities of the tree by
allowing customized scripts to be added on make_config_compat.pl.
So, when generating config-compat.h, some compat checks can be done
against the kernel tree.
The practical effect is allowing compilation on 2.6.17.x trees, used by
several distros, where some changes on netdevice.h affects dvb-net,
stopping its compilation.

dvb-core is not started early enough when device drivers that use dvb are
compiled in so dvb_register_device fails (silently) since dvb_class is
NULL, this runs dvb_init using subsys_initcall instead of module_init.
dvb_register_device will now check the return value of class_device_create.

Fix several instances of dvb-core functions using mutex_lock_interruptible
and returning -ERESTARTSYS where the calling function will either never
retry or never check the return value.
These cause a race condition with dvb_dmxdev_filter_free and
dvb_dvr_release, both of which are filesystem release functions whose
return value is ignored and will never be retried. When this happens it
becomes impossible to open dvr0 again (-EBUSY) since it has not been
released properly.

dvb kernel_thread to kthread API port.
It is running fine here, including module load/unload and software suspend
(which doesn't work as expected with or without this patch :).
I didn't convert the dvb_ca_en50221 as I do not have such an interface, but
if the conversion process is fine with the v4l-dvb maintainers, it should not
be a problem to send a patch for that too ...

CRC-32 checking during ULE decapsulation always failed on x86_64 systems due
to the size of a variable used to store CRC. This bug was discovered on
Fedora Core 6 with kernel-2.6.18-1.2849. The i686 counterpart has no such
problem. This patch has been tested on 64-bit system as well as 32-bit system.

This patch enables generic bus arbitration callbacks enabling
dvbcore frontend_open and frontend_release to pass 'acquire'
and 'release' hardware messages back into the DVB bridge frameworks.
Frameworks like cx88 can then implement single bus multiple demod
card sharing features, which would prohibit two frontends from attempting
to use a single transport bus at the same time.

The changes to add frontend reinitialisation moved the position where the
init() op is called into the frontend thread. Unfortunately, since DISEQC
operations do not use the frontend thread, this meant that DISEQC could be
called against an uninitalised frontend, leading to all sorts of trouble.
Patch fixes this by reinstating the original fronted intialisation call.
