This patch extends 134179823b3ca9c8b98e0631906459dbb022ff9b by using
usb_endpoint_xfer_control, usb_endpoint_xfer_isoc, usb_endpoint_xfer_bulk,
and usb_endpoint_xfer_int in the negated case as well.

In some cases, introducing one of these functions is not possible, and it
just replaces an explicit integer value by one of the following constants:
USB_ENDPOINT_XFER_BULK
USB_ENDPOINT_XFER_CONTROL
USB_ENDPOINT_XFER_INT
USB_ENDPOINT_XFER_ISOC

As reported by David Ellingsworth:

uvd is equal to NULL during most of ibmcam_probe. Due to that, an OOPS
is
generated at dev_info. This patch replaces uvd->dev->dev to dev->dev
inside this routine.

support for the IBM PC Camera Pro. It may also offer improved support for
other models classified by the driver as 'Model 3', such as the IBM PC Camera
