Cleanup cNopacity::cNopacity(void)

config.SetThemeSpecificDefaults(), config.SetThemeSetup(),
config.SetFontName(), geoManager->SetGeometry(),
fontManager->SetFonts(), imgCache->CreateCache() and
imgCache->CreateCacheDelayed() is no longer required here.

config.LoadThemeSpecificConfigs() and config.SetPathes() was moved to
cNopacity::ReloadCaches(void).
