More Makefile adaptations
- Generate dependency files ".*.edep" out of the "*.ecpp" files and include
them in pages/Makefile.
- Allow building of "<subdir>/*.o" from the top makefile as target.
- .gitignore will ignore the new dependency files ".*.edep".
