Removed build dependency on xlibs-dev to comply with the corresponding transition.
I was not able to actually build xine yet, so I'm not absolutley sure if they are
correct atm. But I will do as soon as I manage to get it compiled. ;)
Closing an additional bug about removing *.gmo
