Demux timing fixes (Windows)
m4/pthreads.m4
* Mingw GCC says that '-pthread' option is unknown.
* Correct library name under Mingw is -lpthreadGC2.
src/xine-engine/demux.c
* function _x_compute_interval cannot be compiled
