Make default type of connection in MMS configurable (autoprobe, TCP or HTTP).
mms:// ... method (or probing) according to config option
mmst:// ... always only TCP
mmsh:// ... always only HTTP
This will speed up connection behind firewalls which block TCP.
Default behaviour is the same as current.
