mingw32-w64 port: '-no-undefined' part
- use -no-undefined flag only for building shared libraries (libxine, plugins)
- plugins LDFLAGS unification
- move -no-undefined into LDFLAGS_NOUNDEFINED
- attributes.m4 fix
