Update all Makefile.am's with proper AM_CFLAGS, AM_CPPFLAGS, AM_LDFLAGS, etc. to set up optimization flags, usually from DEFAULT_OCFLAGS. -- Start cleaning up CFLAGS/CPPFLAGS stuff in Makefile.am's all over the place. -- Correct a number of places where CFLAGS itself was being mangled in Makefile to on-the-fly adjust optimizations to work around compiler bugs. It should automatically fall back to the old way in GCCs that does not support -fvisibility=hidden, but has to be tested carefully. The problem arises because of inconsistent usage of libdvdread's functions regarding NAV packet reading: libspudec and the dxr3 spu decoder use some of these functions, but they used to have private copies of the relevant files of libdvdread. These do not work any more now, since the internal layout of NAV packets in libdvdread changed lately. So we should always use the functions from current libdvdread.
