New subtitle track selection menu (identical to VDR audio track selection menu)
New subtitle macro key handling (identical to VDR kAudio)
New local frontend on/off macro key handling:
- if frontend is off, first key press brings it back
- code now just toggles frontend on/off, without looping thru all frontends
(unless no frontends were loaded at startup)
