Description
As I'm right now in another timezone, I have noticed that we need to know the servers timezone to create timers. Following idead
- client setup for servers tinezone
- server sents it's timezone
- client always sents timers in utc and server tanslates it in local timezone

The solution will be, in the vdrmanager android prefs ther will be the server time zone and the time parameters will be transfered in this timezone.
