Logo detection fails if channel uses logo for self-advertisments

Description

Markad has difficulties detecting self advertisements, so advertisements for the program on the channel, when the logo is shown during it.

Example: The german channel "Kabel1"

They show the logo during the self advertisements, but when the film or serie continues, the logo disappears for 1-2 seconds and comes back immediately. The detection of markad is not exact enough to detect this.

Maybe you could look into this and short the time range for a disappearing. Probably only some parameters needs to be changed.
