Handle E-AC3 Audio as AC3 Audio

Description

My TV could plays E-AC3 Audio from Servus TV HD with your first patch (eac3.diff) with softhddevice, but not with 0.6.0rc2.
I figured out that the TV only plays E-AC3 in pass tru mode, if it is handled as the original AC3 code.
So I wrote a patch that optional can handle E-AC3 audio in that way. I added a new menu option "Handle E-AC3 as AC3" to turn on this new fetaure.
I would be nice if you could integrate this patch into the actual version of softhddevice.

E-AC3 contains a mandatory component that directly converts to AC3.
Only changing the header may work, but is not the correct way.
