Description

Hi
OSDTeletext fails without any notice if osdteletext size+height in setup.conf is higher than availabble OSD size.
These two settings should be taken from available osd size, not set up separately.

OSD sizes should be more fail safe, agreed.

The reason why there are separate settings for OSD size in osdteletext is because OSD memory on old 'full featured' DVB-S cards was that limited, that an usual full OSD size only allowed 2bit/pixel, while a slightly smaller OSD allowed 3 bit/pixel, and in very small sizes, even 4 bit/pixel as needed to support all basic colors. The VDR OSD combined several regions with mixed bit depths down to 1bit/pixel in the main menu area, allowing more colors to be used. But since teletext can have any color anywhere, these tricks don't work.
