Description
After performing a search on the Android client the search field is not cleared. Subsequent searches must begin by manually clearing this field. My workflow is to set the recordings for the coming week on a Saturday, performing several searches based on entries in a listings magazine. It is irksome to have to manually clear each field between searches. Maybe other users find the current behaviour useful (?) so it may be desirable to make this an option. (FYI: I have been using an iPhone recently and find a similar issue with their last search really frustrating.)

OK I would make it as an option in the preferences.
