closedStreamdev server does not provide a PAT/PMT in streams coming from Streamdev client
Description
When using streamdev server to serve a stream that comes from a streamdev client connection (in the same vdr), there is not PAT/PMT.
This is of course a problem when using a player that does not do detection.

Have you enabled "Filter Streaming" in the client setup? Only then the client will receive SI data.
When I run streamdev-server on my streamdev-client machine and open an HTTP TS-stream from there, the first TS packet I get is the PAT and a bit later there's also the PMT. Both are repeated regularely just like in the original DVB stream.
