Description
Epgfixer crahes when trying to clone EPG from or to a non existant channel.
The attached patch fixes it.

A fix to the crash is now fixed in git. I made a automatic disabling the cloning which is not working since otherwise there would be a lot of messages in the log. And to be sure that everything works I kept the change you suggested in the background thread.
