openpage to subpage change is not reflected in cache

Description
if a simple teletext page is changed into a page with subpages (e.g. from 271 to 271/1 and 271/2) the cache still has got the simple page (271, displayed as "271/0"). This applies also when the page is changed back to a simple page. This is sometimes very disturbing.
i think,it would help to change TeletextBrowser::ChangeSubPageRelative() or TeletextBrowser::DecodePage().
Tested with 0.5.1 only (sorry), "Auto-update pages" is set to true
