Subtitle not disappear, color is changed only for whole lines, subtitles are shifted when replaying

Description
I've uploaded few minutes of recording where it could be seen that:
- subtitle is not disappearing until new subtitle is displayed (extremely the subtitle is displayed for period of whole advertizing)
- color which marks speaker is not changing within line (when showing subtitle with osdtelext the color changes right)
- when display live channel subtitles are showin well in time, when playing record subtitles are showing early (by one?)
Recording can be downloaded from http://duckload.com/download/396513/Ocean_s_Eleven.tar.bz2, deleted by http://duckload.com/delete/396513/b6a91cbe.

Ok, this can be solved - I missed to trigger a page update, when a page is erased without adding new text.

This is by intend - it was easier to implement it this way. I'll change this in a later release -> #277

You might be able to tweak this by modifiying the delay settings. Right now, I don't have a solution for this. See #119

etobi, the live vs replay delay issue is a regression introduced around commit 481745255e5bb50287595e3134f517c6cbdcccea. globals.mLiveDelay is no longer referenced in the code. The attached patch re-introduces the delay as configured in setup.
