only synchronize specific folder from OSD interface

in the muggle browser, it would be nice to have a command in the command submenu for synchronizing only the currently selected folder.
This command should only appear when sorting by folder and probably not if we have a single track selected.

The only other possibility to add a new directory without synchronizing everything currently is to
use mugglei.
