VDR Dynamite Plugin

I think dynamite should remember the last tuned channel at DTAD command and
try to re-tune that channel at the first device providing the channel. At start of vdr
this should be filled with the remembered channel from vdr.

Like this the no signal at re-attach or the vdr being tuned to first channel in the list (later one at boot)
should be gone and improve perception.
