burn-0.2.2 has been released

This release contains the following enhancments and bugfixes since 0.2.1:
- fixed false DESTDIR in Makefile and added include of PLGCFG (reported by Zoolook@vdrportal.de, bug #1261)
- added menu category to job_options_base to avoid confusion of skin plugins
