VDR client for Motorola VIP

Added more providers/ languages to the EPG filter. So it should work also on 30W (ZON, Digital, MEO), 19E (HD+ & RTL HD)
Some layout fixes to work with the latest restfulapi.

Check history file for all changes.

For a KPN remote the buttons description is in manual.txt.

Support for local recording is dropped (source is still there but the playback function isn't written yet) I think in server environment you should recording on the server not on the client.
