Suspend is not forced to release audio.
Can you make a patch, which adds the feature to "ATTA"?
ATTA already supports changing the "video device" aka the X11 Server.
ATTA -a <alsa> -p <passthrough> ...
Than everything can be handled by a single command, with future extensions.
a9e664ac527eaaab33b274f7a77f3b707cb481f1 contains this feature.
Note that this patch seems to make the -a switch mandatory and ATTA will fail without it.
I would much more appreciate it to be optional and default to the last used audio device. Now I need to keep both the plugin configuration maintained and any script I use to detach/attach.
There was a little bug, when using this function without any argument.
Each parameter is optional. The latest is the default for the next attach.
